Our Monitoring Approach

We implement a 360 degree field management approach and this is discussed and agreed with our client prior to commencing any activation. The process is as follows;

Field supervisors manage the team and monitor all aspects of the activation. Mystery shoppers /Prime Majestik team to check on supervisors and the team members to ensure compliance and alignment with project objectives.

Reporting line: BAs to supervisors, supervisors to Prime Majestik team and then to Agency top team. Finally to Client. Agency top team also checks on the teams periodically.

Agency does internal report review before reports are sent to the Client. Bimonthly reviews are held with the Client to analyze and evaluate the project. If there is need for an emergency meeting, the Client will be notified immediately.

We also ensure that we interact (report) daily with field/regional personnel (client) in order to address immediate concerns.

Client/Agency generate Monthly codes & photographs.

Activation reports are generated and forwarded to client daily while weekly evaluations and monitoring are carried out to ensure OTIF delivery on project objectives. A final report is done and an all-party meeting is held to reconcile, evaluate and close the project.
